The decision raised many eye brows as the person who was getting replaced was himself the master of the trade called captain. Many termed the decision as insult to the Indian legend captain. But as his nature is, he stepped down calmly without making any issue and respecting franchise decision.

For the first time in so many years something will seem odd on the field. Isn't it?

Playing as a captain or just as a player, he will be valuable to RPS in all aspects.
